“77/100 Days of “Outfit From Scratch”
Popular video creator Nancy Tyagi has created an Alia Bhatt-inspired outfit from scratch under budget as part of her ’77/10 Days’ challenge.
Tyagi took to Instagram and YouTube to share a video where she meticulously documents her process. With a vibrant song playing in the background, she records her journey to buy the material, self-stitch the fabric, and design it accordingly. The end result? She was successfully able to create a similar outfit in less than ₹3000.

She then directed her followers to YouTube for a full video where she explained the process and her thoughts when making the outfit.
Her video on YouTube has already received more than 190,650k videos and a flood of positive, excited comments. You always surprised us from your talent,” one user wrote. “The innocence, the cuteness & the talent. Keep it up Girl,” another commented.
Nancy is a self-taught designer, and her passion for sewing and fashion began thanks to her Barbies. Her road to fame was long and uneven, but as her videos began reaching more people, she came up with the concept of ‘Outfits from Scratch’, where she showed her followers how she sources, designs and stitches her dresses, culminating in a grand reveal. The first day of this 100-day series was a smashing hit, and people were awed with how hard she worked.

Due to the popularity and widespread admiration she received during this challenge, Nancy’s follower count has skyrocketed, reaching 574k on Instagram and 709k on YouTube respectively.
