The biggest hurdle we have faced is to continue maintaining and pushing forward the culture we are building at TOC against all odds.
Along the way, we have also learnt some crucial lessons:
A. First, trust takes years to build but only hours to shatter. So, it is important to come through each time that you give your word.
B. Secondly, under-promise and over-deliver should start within the team first and then extend to the clients.
C. Being a good person goes further than great work.
D. And lastly, research, research, research! While the big picture is important, paying attention to the finer details is equally critical.
8. What are some of the key future goals or projects that the agency is working towards?
Our strategic focus is on bolstering our crisis management capabilities and growing our education sector. Concurrently, we aim to establish a strong presence in Dubai, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia.
