Sana Makbul was declared as the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 3, taking home the grand trophy and a 25-lakh prize fund.
The popular reality show, which depicted celebrity contestants getting locked inside the house for over a month, premiered on June 21st. Contestants included Paulomi Polo Das, Sana Sultan, Vishal Pandey, Chandrika Gera Dixit, Neeraj Goyat and Armaan Malik and his two wives – Payal and Kritika. Adnaan Shaikh joined in a few weeks after as a wild card entry.
After a season of drama, glamour and controversy, the highly-anticipated season finale aired on Jio Cinema on August 2nd, resulting in a dynamic victory.
The five finalists were Sana Makbul, Ranvir Shorey, Sai Ketan Rao, Kritika Malik and Naezy. Kritika was the first to get eliminated, followed by Sai Ketan Rao and Ranvir Shorey.
The finale of Bigg Boss OTT 3 also featured two surprise guests who were part of the elimination process: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, who were gearing up for the release of their horror-comedy, Stree 2.
In the end, the two final contenders were Sana Makbul and Naezy. After a tense wait, Sara was declared as the winner, taking home the grand prize fund.

Bigg Boss host Anil Kapoor was the one to present Sana with the trophy. The third season of the show marked his debut as a reality show host, with Karan Johar and Salman Khan hosting the first and second seasons of the show, respectively.
