1. Who are we? What does the agency do?

Grapes Worldwide is an integrated communications agency that works as partners with the brands to elevate their positioning in their respective industries with truly impactful campaigns and strategies. We are an agency that curates a full-funnel approach with the zeal to drive both brand and business growth. Being a creative-led agency, we are involved in devising highly engaging customer experiences for the brands. From curating groundbreaking campaigns to nurturing offline & online strategy and marketing approaches across paid, earned, and owned platforms, we work towards establishing the supremacy of our brands in their respective industry. 

2. What is the size and the strength of the company?

At present Grapes boasts a workforce of more than 250 professionals, employed across offices in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.We have recently started our first international office in London, marking our strategic expansion in the UK and from Grapes we have become Grapes Worldwide. Recognized for creating groundbreaking campaigns, we continually strive to add value to our clients. Given the niche we have created over the years, we have a wide range of clients such as Mankind Pharma, Dabur, Panasonic, Siyaram’s, Zoff Foods and many more across diverse industries. At the same time, we also have an extensive team of great players who abide by the ethos of the company and are major contributors to our commitment of achieving excellence.

3. What are the various services that your agency caters to?

Starting from a heavily creative-led agency to offering comprehensive services under one roof, we have come a long way in our journey. With the focus on adding value to our clients, we have eventually evolved from a digital agency to an integrated communications agency, providing end-to-end solutions to clients. Dwelling in the desire to cater to the diverse needs of the brands, we offer various services entailing creative, media, PR, organic growth, tech, content, digital, and SEO.

4. Some notable clients and campaigns you’ve worked on?

We have brought some amazing work to the table, portraying strong messaging, and this has motivated us to share our entries with events ie. Cannes Lions, Abbys Awards, and others. The campaigns #SaluteTheFarmHer for DS Group, Catch #MaaKaEhsaas, are worth mentioning, winning us immense accolades in the industry. At the same time, the Hindware campaign on the occasion of World Toilet Day underscores our commitment to creating thought provoking content. The recent campaign for Manforce Condoms #VotingVirgin was a true manifestation of wittiness smoothly aligned with the larger conversation of creating awareness around the importance of voting among youth. Recently, our campaign for Manforce Condoms for April’s day created a buzz around the launch of ‘Manforce Realgasm Condoms’ to detect orgasms with a change of colour, the campaign addressed the issue of fake orgasms in women and encouraged conversation about the common issue.

5. What makes your agency stand out from the rest?

The ability to adapt to the changing dynamics of industry gives us a competitive edge over the others. Understanding the trends prevalent in the market, we are always agile enough to upskill and upgrade the workforce as per the industry standards. As part of our plan, the investment in AI and technology has played an instrumental role in automating and executing the processes flawlessly. Moreover, understanding the demand in the market, we have diversified into new verticals, such as Grapes Storytellers Studio, Grapes Imagine AI Studio, Grapes AI Commerce Lab, and Grapes Vernac Room, demonstrating our commitment to innovation. Along with this, we have also expanded the Earned Media Vertical to add value to the needs of the clients. The move has been pivotal for driving disruption in the market by curating impactful campaigns and strategies with the help of innovation.

6. What has been the biggest hurdle in your agency?

Considering the dynamic nature of the advertising and marketing industry, retaining the right talent pool and nurturing them for a long time is the major challenge faced by the industry.

7. What are some of the key future goals or projects that the agency is working towards?

As stated above, we have marked our presence in the international market with the launch of our new office in London, we aspire to further strengthen our foothold overseas with more new offices in different countries. Along with this, we are also determined to scale our game with more kickass campaigns.

8. How has the company culture contributed to overall performance?

At Grapes, fostering a positive and progressive culture is prioritized.
