We are a mixed bunch of Millennial and GenZ who are keen on delivering value to their partners (read ‘clients’). We offer digital marketing services with a creative bend and a strategic vision, leading to growth of the brand & its business. That’s how we derive our tagline – Creativity. Strategy. Growth.
2.What does the agency do?
Keen of developing long-term business relations with our clients, we work very closely with our client’s teams to understand their pain points and offer digital marketing & brand development solutions that solve short terms issues and deliver long term value.
3.What is the size and the strength of the company?
Purple Sketch is a 20 member team, spread across Account Managers, Social Media Marketers, SEO Specialist, Content Writers, Business Development, HR, Finance & Admin Managers, etc. led by two of its Co-founders.
4.What are the various services that your agency caters to?
Our primary services are Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing and Search Engine Optimization which drives about 80% of our revenue. Alongside, we also serve few clients for WhatsApp Marketing, E-mail Marketing, Influencer Marketing and Web Development.
5.Some notable clients and campaigns you’ve worked on?
We have worked with clients like Coke, Max Life, Ciena, Asia Pacific Accreditation Council, Rajshila Synthetics, Chokhi Dhani, etc. and have curated multiple campaigns over the years.
6.What makes your agency stand out from the rest?
‘Being Honest’ is one of the Core Values of our agency. We believe every agency puts in the required efforts & hard work. However, what sets up apart is that we ensure we are absolutely transparent while selling our services, setting the expectations of the client and showing them the real picture, when we start.
7.What has been the biggest hurdle in your agency?
The biggest hurdle has been developing talent that connect, understands and delivers. Knowing this, we have developed:
- Training programs that meets each individuals’ requirements and skill gaps
- Multiple practices for open conversations between the team members & leadership
- Motivating and driving the team to think big and develop a goal oriented vision
- Constant reviews & interactions at an individual and department level
We also arrange various engagement activities and work on employer branding to attract good talent.
8.What are some of the key future goals or projects that the agency is working towards?
We have divided the goals in to quantitative and qualitative. We are looking at a 2x growth in business volume with a 1.5x increase in average ticket size by the end of the financial year. More interestingly, we plan to deliver campaigns that can help us win a genuine, respectable awards for the hard work put in.
9.How has the company culture affected overall performance?
We believe in the fact that we if keep our team happy, they will keep the clients happy. Hence, a clear focus on personal & professional growth of individuals, their work-life balance, having a high EQ is something we primarily focus on. Since a larger part of our work revolves around creativity, which is a tricky business, our collaborative culture and a sense of bonding amongst the team members, helps them brainstorm and curate fresh ideas that stand out. Overall, a team driven culture fosters productivity.
