On a more introspective level, Deepinder Goyal also reflected on the less-than-ideal working conditions for delivery partners in malls, and how his experiences made him realize that Zomato must work on improving them.
“Malls also need to be more humane to delivery partners,” he added, asking viewers to chime in with their thoughts.
