1.  Who are we?

We are The Hype Capital, a full-stack social media agency founded in 2021, born from the passion of individuals who live and breathe the digital space. Led by Sachin Shah, who has seen social media rise since its early days in India, we don’t just manage accounts; we shape brands, elevate voices and create lasting online legacies. Our team is a mix of creative souls, strategic thinkers, and trendsetters who believe in turning every post, campaign and community into something remarkable.

2.  What does the agency do?

We craft online presences that people can’t ignore. From creating visually stunning and thought-provoking content to running lead generating ad campaigns, we bridge the gap between brands and their targets. We help our clients navigate the fast-paced world of digital media, staying ahead of trends and turning metrics into real business results. At Hype, it’s not about clicks – it’s about connection, credibility and trust.

3.  What is the size and strength of the company?

We may be small in numbers, but our impact is far-reaching. Our dedicated team of just under 15 brings a couple of decades of collective experience to the table. Each team member is different, but a common thread of passion runs through us – together, we deliver powerhouse content that punches well above our weight. We’re tight-knit, nimble and absolutely relentless in our pursuit of excellence.

4.  What are the various services that your agency caters to?

We cover everything from A to Z in the digital realm –

  • Content Creation – Videos, graphics, stories – everything you need to stand
  • Brand Building – From personal brands to product identities, we build identities that people trust and
  • Full Campaign Management – From brainstorming & strategy to production & execution – taking care of the entire
  • Athlete Endorsements – We’ve facilitated some of the biggest sportspeople in several partnerships pan

5.  Some notable clients and campaigns you’ve worked on?

We’re proud to have worked with some incredible clients, and our diversity & versatility continues to remain our biggest assets –

  • Harbhajan Singh & Zupee – A seamless yet impactful endorsement campaign for a gaming platform, Zupee, achieving over 2M views. We were the bridge between the brand and the
  • FeverFM – We work on multiple campaigns with them, helping them achieve their digital
  • DesignKraft – Showcasing their interior design prowess on Instagram, growing their reach to 10 million+
  • Crickstore – A sports gear retailer for which we drove 50M+ reach accounts and massive revenue growth through IPs and strategic content integration
  • Zara – Helped her build her personal brand, which led to a 3x increase in clientele and upgraded her clinic facility within just three years.

6.  What makes your agency stand out from the rest?

We don’t just execute a brief, we live it, breathing life into every idea and every campaign. Our team is always in sync with the latest trends, but we NEVER follow blindly. Our personalised approach and relentless passion for helping brands succeed is what makes us the go-to for individuals who want to break boundaries.

7.  What has been the biggest hurdle in your agency?

Most people would not be keen on discussing it, but we had an instance in the first quarter of the year where 7 people resigned within 2 months. 50% of the team at that point, it was gut-wrenching yet we managed to see that through. We onboarded and developed a more robust team by the end of the second quarter. The rollercoaster ride taught us a few important lessons, which have helped us get better and stronger. We would never claim to be perfect, but we do get better every day.

8.  What are some of the key future goals or projects that the agency is working towards?

We’re very focused on growing but growing sustainably – the last thing we’d want is a drop in quality. The team’s experience in diverse events, from entertainment and fashion to sport and hospitality, set us up with interesting future opportunities in the events space. Aside from these, probably the growth of our Hype family – bringing in talented individuals who align with our creative vision and thrive in our collaborative culture. Our mission is to continue scaling with intention, fostering long-term relationships and delivering unmatched results.

9.  How has the company culture affected overall performance?

Our company culture is the heartbeat of everything we do. It’s all about collaboration, innovation, and never settling for ‘good enough.’ We believe in open communication, where every voice matters, and ideas can come from anywhere (those are often the best ones!). Our high-energy environment fosters creativity and pushes our team to go the extra mile, that’s often reflected in the quality of our work and the results we deliver. We celebrate each other’s successes, and when we stumble, we do it together. This sense of belonging and empowerment is why we always enjoy our days – work, what work?

10.  What roles is the agency hiring for, and how to reach out?

We’re always looking for driven, passionate, creative minds who have a desire to grow AND make a lot of mistakes. If we’re not making mistakes, we’re not learning!
