What are Leap Club’s future goals? Ft. Co-founder Ragini Das

Ragini Das, co-founder of Leap Club, has opened up about some of the future goals of India’s first women-only club.

In a recent episode of Aleena Dissects, while discussing her journey in empowering women through leadership and networking, Ragini opened up about the short-term and long-term aspirations of the company.

“We have a long way to go,” she said.

“As a company, we want to focus on growth, we want to focus on really staying the long game. From a very engagement and online perspective, that has to continue, it has to grow, it has to get better.”

In an exciting new development, Ragini also revealed that one of Leap Club’s most important goals was to continue to expand across many cities – both in and outside India.

“”We do have members in Singapore, Dubai, London, but it’s all organic, right? But we do hope for Leap Club to really cut across borders because we know the world needs many more communities, it needs many more such safe spaces that just don’t exist across the globe.”

Moreover, Leap Club is now in the process of hiring more people, hoping to inspire a new generation of women entrepreneurs.

“We want to continue to stay lean, but we want to build a very, very solid group of people who act like founders, think like founders,” Ragini explained. “So many of our past team members have gone on to start building their own companies, and we want to really push that. Zomato did that for both me and my co-founder, and we want to really do the same.”

Remaining steadfast about Leap Club’s future, Ragini expressed her unwavering optimism for the company’s future success.

“Here’s hoping our mission really stays the long haul, and cuts across the many, many speed-breakers that come between.”

However, this was not Ragini Das’ only revelation this episode. Sitting down with Aleena, founder and CEO of Social Media Dissect, the co-founder of Leap Club shared invaluable insights into building a women-first community and the challenges of growing that business while professionally supporting other women. Taking a trip down memory lane, she reflected on her own journey, from her time at Zomato to the rise of Leap Club, including its many challenges and ultimate triumph. From facing harsh feedback to the importance of networking, Ragini delved into the intricacies of entrepreneurship while also acknowledging the importance of balancing one’s personal and professional life. Her discussion offers much-needed advice for anyone interested in starting a business or passionate about women’s leadership.
