COOX, India’s Leading Home Services Startup, Secures $125K in Seed Funding to Accelerate Growth

COOX, a prominent Indian startup offering on-demand home services, recently raised $125,000 in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures.

This new capital injection is expected to fuel COOX’s ambitious plans for city expansion, marketing enhancement, and AI-driven technology integration aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing customer experience. Currently available in 20 cities, COOX aims to double its footprint to 40 cities across India, reaching more customers and creating job opportunities in the gig economy.

Founded in 2019, COOX stands out for its range of unique services tailored for house parties, weddings, corporate gatherings, and more. The platform provides a full suite of home services, from hiring chefs, bartenders, and waiters to delivering ingredients, renting crockery, and even offering live singers for event entertainment. With a diverse culinary repertoire featuring over 500 dishes across more than 15 cuisines, COOX has served more than 500,000 customers since its inception.

Leading COOX is a team of experienced entrepreneurs, including Co-Founder & CEO Akshat Gupta, an MBA graduate from IMT Hyderabad, who brings over a decade of industry experience. Abhishek Gupta, Co-Founder & CMO, is also an MBA postgraduate with a background in marketing and operations, while Rajat Johri, Co-Founder & CTO, brings technical expertise with his B.Tech degree and eight years of industry experience. Together, they envision modernizing India’s home services sector with tech-enabled solutions that enhance customer convenience.
