Myntra Joins India’s Quick Commerce Race with ‘M-Now’: Here’s what they Promised Users

Myntra, India’s largest fashion e-commerce firm, has joined the rising quick commerce race by launching “M-Now”, an offering that promises to deliver apparel and other lifestyle accessories within 30 minutes.

Featuring 10,000 styles from popular global brands including Vero Moda, MANGO, Tommy Hilfiger, MAC, and Bobbi Brown, this service will especially appeal to shoppers of all generations. Myntra plans to increase its catalogue still further to over 100,000 styles in the next three to four months.

Initially available in Bengaluru, this service will expand to major cities like Mumbai, Delhi and Pune in the coming months.

TechCrunch first reported about Myntra’s quick-commerce plans in September. At the time, Myntra was targeting deliveries within four hours, a drastic improvement from its standard two-to-three-day delivery time frame.

The launch of M-Now comes as the quick-commerce segment gains significant momentum in India, amid a transformation in consumer expectations for fast deliveries. According to Morgan Stanley, the quick commerce market in the country is projected to be worth $42 billion by 2030, making it a vital sector for e-commerce companies to currently invest in.

Myntra’s M-Now aims to meet this growing this rising demand and fulfil their consumers’ wish for the rapid delivery in products, which is particularly common for groceries and cosmetics. Myntra’s quick-commerce offering, which includes celebrated beauty brands like Huda Beauty, MAC and Estée Lauder, reflects the company’s continued commitment to cater to the desires and aspirations of its Indian consumers.

According to reports, Nandita Sinha, CEO of Myntra, stated, “Fashion, a highly aspirational category, thrives on a diverse selection that empowers customers to style their complete look.”

Myntra’s initiative also reflects Flipkart’s agility in India’s e-commerce race.
