We are an Advertising Agency.

We deal in Traditional & Modern Advertising that starts with Consultation that leads to Execution

3. What is the size and the strength of the company?

The current Size is 5 Team members :
   Jay Mistry: Founder & Sales, Client Servicing & SEM
   – Shree Panchal: Project Coordinator and Social Media Executive
   – Priyanka Jha: Looks after Content Writing & proofreading
   – Unmesh and Himanshuare the designers who look after the Visual and Design Department
    – We have outsourcing partners for other Services. 

4. What are the various services that your agency caters to?

We specialize in Online & Offline Branding for Consultation is the very first Step. 
Online coversWebsite Development, Social Media Marketing, Presentation Design, WhatsApp API Development, Paid Promotion, Photography & Video Shoot.
Offline coversThe Logo & Collateral, Billboard & Brochure, Indoor & Outdoor Signages, Leaflets, Pole Kiosks, etc.

5. Some notable clients and campaigns you’ve worked on?

We have done Notable Projects for various sectors that created an impact on Target Audience –  

Case 1: Niilkanth

Challenge & Solution: The 3BHK Row Project was constructed in a Non-development Area far from Connectivity, pricing, and payment plans played a major role it was the center point of Marketing so we tried to develop our Campaign in the National Language Hindi when maximum builders considered Hindi too Cliched Language for Promotion purpose. This strategy helped us to target those people who were from regions of Bihar, UP, and Maharashtra & Rajasthan. These are those people who are living here in Vapi for growth purposes.
Result: Our Lead Campaign, Billboard across the mediums we kept the same language that helped us in awareness as well as Sales
Also, we tried to upgrade our Social Media Platforms by interlinking Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp APIs which led us to an increase in project inquiries.

Case 2: Urmil Skin Clinic

Challenge & Solution: This client never did Social Media or Billboard (Outdoor Advertising) due to which he was a bit insecure about doing so when it comes to cosmetics and dermatology the visual becomes much more challenging. Here we created a Campaign that targeted to women as maximum of the services were to cater to this segment. Here picked up pain points of Women related to beauty like – Upper Lip hair, Skin issues, and joint eyebrow problems concept. We created separate concepts and mounted them on different billboards across the Vapi.

Case 3: Shakti Dryfruits

Challenge & Solution: This client’s major focus has been for Billboard Advertising, as Dry fruits are an interesting topic each year of post Festivals he used to book mostly 13-15 Billboards across the City of Vapi for the Festive period. His old Campaigns were purely related to his Brand names and images of Kaju, badam, etc. After we being Agency partner, we tried to elevate by connecting Dry fruits as a necessary product in terms of festivals, health and it is luxury products that cannot be afforded by everyone. As a result, this helped the client to get more reach and awareness and best results.

Case 4: SaiMeghpan Sporrtslife

Challenge & Solution: Being Valsad district’s first Cricket Learning Academy, people here in the City are not familiar with the concept of Cricket Learning Academy at the Professional Level. The major challenge here was to create awareness and bring the best deals for clients. We did Paid Promotion on Facebook in terms of Lead Generation that targets corporations. Meanwhile, we also started giving presentations in each school and college, so we can accumulate admissions. This helped us a lot in terms of getting a Corporate deal where companies book ground for team matches that helped employees for bonding sessions. In terms of school, we got new admissions.

From Consultation to final execution, Craft Idea as a team gives several options and suggestions to clients for their Satisfaction, We never limit our clients. To prove this we have our own registered Mascot “Mr. Bheja” that you can check on our Website. 

7. What has been the biggest hurdle in your agency?

Skilled People for Work and Big Ticket Size Client

8. What are some key future goals or projects the agency is working towards?

From an Internal Company perspective, As we are working in a 2-tier City so we plan to make an entire Agency that purely works online with multiple talents across India.
From Client Project Perspective: We have 3 projects that we are completing with them 7 years and above so as a team we will be working on Re-branding, pitching them new line of Services, and also getting them into a new era of marketing.

9. How has the company culture affected overall performance?

We feel Culture makes much more impact on the Creative aspect of people working in the Company, we have managed to give off on Saturday and Annually meet at Headquarters for Celebration. We try to give extra off or Half a Day if the target is achieved. We have also developed an Incentive system to keep them motivated.

10. What roles is the agency hiring for and how to reach out?
