1. Who are we? 

We are an impactful name in town for all your digital & print needs, from Social Media to Branding, we do it all. We truly believe in creating an impact and not just an impression of every brand through ‘quality social media’. Our founder, Celeste D’souze has been in this field for the last 8+ years and has created impactful social media for brands coming from hospitality, jewelry, fashion, etc sectors. Since Oct. 2020, the time we established Social Chalet, we have proudly catered 50+ clients majorly from the Jewelry, Fashion, Event Management sectors and more.

2. What does the agency do?

We provide end to end Social Media Management and Branding services.

3. What is the size and the strength of the company? 

We are a team of 6 people as of now- including inhouse Social Media Experts, Graphics Designers, Video Editor, Photographer, etc.

5. Some notable clients and campaigns you’ve worked on?

One of our very initial clients is Golank Jewels, a well known name in town for Polki Jewelry- After a solid consistency of 2-3 years, the page is strongly gaining organic followers, views on reels and getting genuine leads which have even converted.

Next comes a client who followed our founder from her previous agency until now, not just because of the quality work she provided but also the relationship she maintained is Celebrity Nutritionist and Lifestyle Educator, Karishmma Chawla.

Another notable client would be Viari Accessories where we have been able to successfully crack collaborations and sourcing requirements with renowned celebs and influencers and with our on-going Raksha Bandhan campaign we look at making gifting special and elegant for all.

Another very notable campaign we did recently was for one of our boutique client, Aarvie The Atelier, and the campaign is called ‘ATA’s Fiery Take’ which features not-so-renowned women who face hurdles in their daily life and still are making a name in the world and our first feature was ATA’s Founder’s Mom herself.

One client which we would be talking about will be Hotel Solitaire, because of quite a few reasons they do not have a social media presence as such, but irrespective of that we have been doing ads for their banquet space and getting some great results with a 75% conversion rate.

6. What makes your agency stand out from the rest? 

If you see our clientele, none of our brands have hopped on any trends for the sole reason that we believe in creating an impact with authentic and organic content rather than just an impression with everyday changing trends.

7. What has been the biggest hurdle in your agency? 

The biggest hurdle we have faced and yet facing in our agency is to get our team a dedicated Social Media Executive and most of the applicants don’t show the passion we look in someone to do the work, and another would be of our founder not being able to say ‘no’ to anyone for work at anytime from any client which leads to her over-working, tho we know it’s not right but her love for her work and especially her clients knows no bounds.

8. What are some of the key future goals or projects that the agency is working towards?

Our aim has always been working with small business as we have no restrictions in experimenting our creativity there and every small achievement on the brand feels personal, so keeping the same aim in mind we are looking to connect with more small businesses especially in the travel sector, and along with the same growing our current brands in terms of numbers and overall reach!

9. How has the company culture affected overall performance? 

We are still in Work From Home mode for our team as we believe that better productivity shows when one is in his/her comfort which has actually worked for us in the last 4 years. It’s not like we have never missed any deadline or things have got approved in one go, but the team has made sure that everything is sorted and the best outcome has come then! Yes, it has at times been like it would be better if the team was sitting together, but doesn’t everything come with its own pros and cons, it’s just how you embrace it right!

10. What roles is the agency hiring for and how to reach out?
