AI Healthtech Startup Confido Health Raises $3 Million in Seed Funding to Transform Healthcare Operations

Confido Health, an AI-driven healthtech company, has raised $3 million in its seed funding round, led by Together Fund, with contributions from MedMountain Ventures, Rebellion VC, and DeVC.

This funding will be used to enhance Confido’s AI technology and expand its reach across key healthcare sectors such as surgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, and dental care.

Founded by Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff, Confido Health provides AI-based solutions to streamline administrative healthcare tasks like appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and care coordination. The platform’s digital workers are designed to integrate seamlessly with existing healthcare systems in under five minutes, enabling task automation with minimal effort.

The company’s AI technology processes unstructured data in real time across multiple systems while maintaining HIPAA-compliant security. By leveraging real-world data, Confido’s digital workers can engage with patients in multiple languages and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This innovative approach reduces the administrative burden on healthcare providers, allowing them to focus more on patient care.

Confido Health’s platform has already made a significant impact, serving over 15 customers across more than 50 locations and processing data for 50,000 patients monthly. As the healthtech startup continues to grow, the additional funding will help it scale its capabilities and increase its market reach, driving further improvements in the healthcare industry’s efficiency and service delivery.

The company’s ability to automate key healthcare tasks and integrate easily into existing workflows positions Confido Health as a game-changer in the industry, helping healthcare providers optimize their operations and improve patient outcomes
