Met Gala 2024 is finally here, and celebrities rocked to the event with their own interpretation of the theme “The Garden of Time”. This year, the biggest fashion event of the year was lit up by the strongest Indian representation so far, from Bollywood actresses to glamorous billionaires.

Here are all the Indians at the Met Gala this year:

Alia Bhatt:

Alia Bhatt wore a mint green, custom-designed Sabyasachi sari for the glamorous event. Styled by her long-time stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania, her sari was decorated with real gems and had a 23-foot long train. Her outfit was “a call to the Garden of Time – an ode to art and eternity.”

Mona Patel made her highly anticipated debut at the 2024 Met Gala and stole the spotlight in an off-shoulder Iris van Herpen gown. Her gown was inspired by fluttering butterflies.

Natasha Poonawalla:

Indian heiress Natasha Poonawalla lit up Met Gala 2024 in a custom Margiela designed by one of the fashion industry’s top designer, John Galliano. She combined her look with Christian Louboutins.

Mindy Kaling:

Actor and producer Mindy Kaling wore a sculpted couture gown by Gaurav Gupta with a magnificent cape that ended in a train.

Isha Ambani:

Isha Ambani wore a timeless sari gown designed by couturier Rahul Mishra. She complimented her outfit with a clutch crafted by Swadesh, using ancient Indian art forms of Nakashi and Miniature painting.

Ambika Mod:

Ambika Mod made her red carpet debut in the Met Gala in a monochrome black-and-white gown from Loewe.

Simone Ashley:

The Bridgerton actress arrived on the Met Gala red carpet in a cut-out navy blue dress designed by Prabal Gurung.

Sudha Reddy:

Indian billionnaire Sudha Reddy arrived at the Met Gala in a custom Tarun Tahiliani ivory silk dress and jewels from her personal archive.
