DBS Bank India Celebrates 30 Years with ‘Trust Your Spark’ Campaign

To mark 30 successful years in India, DBS Bank has launched its new campaign, Trust Your Spark

This initiative is built around the belief that every individual carries within them a unique spark—a source of strength and passion that drives them toward their goals. The campaign emphasizes that DBS Bank is a trusted partner, supporting individuals and businesses in their journeys to success.

At the heart of Trust Your Spark are real-life stories of customers, employees, and businesses who have faced challenges and overcome them by trusting in their abilities. One such example is Haqdarshak, a purpose-driven business backed by the DBS Foundation. Through these stories, the campaign illustrates DBS Bank’s role as a supportive partner, aligning with the bank’s promise to “Live More, Bank Less.”

To extend the message further, DBS Bank India is using outdoor advertisements in 20 cities across the country, coupled with digital and social media content. The goal is to inspire people to believe in their potential and trust that DBS Bank will be there to help them achieve their aspirations.

In addition to the campaign, DBS Bank has launched the India-Singapore Connect initiative in collaboration with CNBC-TV18. This program brings together leaders from government, business, and academia to discuss key topics such as trade, innovation, and sustainability, enhancing collaboration between India and Singapore.

DBS Bank India has also been involved in other meaningful projects throughout the year. Earlier, the bank sponsored a documentary titled Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose: A Singapore Saga, which focused on Netaji’s significant contributions to the Azad Hind movement from Singapore. Additionally, DBS Bank partnered with the biopic Srikanth, based on the inspiring life of visually impaired industrialist Srikanth Bolla, whose story embodies the message of Trust Your Spark.

Moreover, DBS Bank has shown its commitment to supporting young talent by sponsoring rising badminton stars like Lakshya Sen, Satwiksairaj Rankireddy, Chirag Shetty, Treesa Jolly, and Gayatri Gopichand. The bank’s support underscores its belief in nurturing potential and empowering the next generation.

In line with the theme of the campaign, DBS Bank has introduced an online mini-series called DBS Sparks, which follows a team of young bankers as they navigate their personal and professional challenges. The series highlights how these individuals go above and beyond to make a difference in their clients’ lives and showcases the bank’s dedication to being a force for good in the banking world.

For the past 15 years, DBS has been recognized as the “Safest Bank in Asia” by Global Finance. This accolade, combined with DBS’s commitment to innovation and customer service, positions the bank as a trusted partner in India. As it celebrates its 30-year milestone, DBS continues to leverage both its global expertise and deep local understanding to meet the evolving needs of its customers, helping them achieve their goals with confidence.
