Enterpret, a cutting-edge AI-driven platform specializing in customer feedback intelligence, has successfully raised $20.8 million in its Series A funding round.
This round was led by Canaan Partners, a prominent venture capital firm based in the US, with participation from notable investors such as Kleiner Perkins, Peak XV (formerly Sequoia Capital India), Wing Ventures, and Recall Capital.
Founded in 2020 by brothers Varun Sharma and Arnav Sharma, Enterpret transforms unstructured customer feedback into actionable insights. By deploying advanced AI models, the platform helps businesses identify trends, sentiments, and pain points across diverse communication channels. This enables product, marketing, and sales teams to align their strategies and drive customer satisfaction effectively.
The latest funding will support Enterpret in scaling its offerings, including the deployment of no-code AI agents. These tools aim to bridge communication gaps between internal teams and enhance how businesses map feedback to measurable outcomes.
Peak XV’s Managing Director, Harshjit Sethi, highlighted the founders’ complementary strengths, noting Varun’s visionary leadership and Arnav’s technical expertise. “Enterpret exemplifies the potential of generative AI to address real-world challenges. It’s been incredible to witness the synergy between Varun and Arnav as they innovate in this space,” said Sethi.
The funding round also attracted angel investors, including Lauryn Motamedi (Notion), Elena Verna (Dropbox), Nan Yu (Linear), and Andrew Berman (Zapier). Their support underscores Enterpret’s potential to redefine how businesses interpret and act on customer feedback.
As part of the Series A funding, Rayfe Gaspar-Asaoka, Partner at Canaan Partners, has joined Enterpret’s board. “The most successful companies are customer-centric, and Enterpret is setting the standard for feedback-driven growth in the AI era,” he stated, emphasizing the platform’s transformative approach to linking feedback with revenue growth.
Enterpret’s innovative solutions are already gaining traction among customer-focused businesses, making it a rising star in the generative AI space. With fresh capital and an expanding network of strategic partners, the startup is poised to further its mission of empowering companies to turn customer feedback into competitive advantages.
This funding milestone marks a significant step in Enterpret’s journey to becoming a leader in AI-powered customer feedback analytics, reshaping how businesses understand and serve their audiences
