Figr Secures $2.25 Million in Seed Funding Led by Kalaari Capital to Revolutionize AI-Driven Product Design

Bengaluru-based product design startup Figr has successfully raised $2.25 million in a seed funding round, spearheaded by Kalaari Capital. The round saw additional participation from investors including Antler, Golden Sparrow, and a group of angel investors.

This fresh infusion of capital is set to propel the company’s growth, with a focus on enhancing its AI-powered design technology and scaling its team.

Figr, co-founded by Moksh Garg and Chirag Singla, is leveraging artificial intelligence to transform the product design landscape. Their platform enables product teams to rapidly turn initial concepts into sophisticated user interface (UI) designs. By simplifying the UI/UX design process, Figr helps teams work faster while maintaining creative flexibility, making it a game-changer for both freelancers and design teams at startups.

With over 75,000 registered users and more than 500,000 design queries processed, Figr’s impact extends beyond India, with 80% of its user base hailing from international markets. The company’s global reach highlights the growing demand for innovative design solutions that streamline workflows for designers around the world.

The funding will be used to further develop Figr’s proprietary AI technology, enabling more personalized and efficient design tools. Additionally, Figr plans to expand its product and growth teams to support its rapidly growing user base and capitalize on new market opportunities.

Figr’s mission is clear: to empower designers—from independent freelancers to design studios—by offering cutting-edge AI solutions that simplify the design process. With its latest funding round, the startup is well-positioned to continue its global expansion and revolutionize the way product teams approach UI/UX design.
