hBits Secures ₹40 Crore in Series A Funding from Thackersey Group Entity

Mumbai-based hBits, a leading platform for commercial real estate investments, has successfully raised ₹40 crore in a Series A funding round. The investment comes from Capricon Realty Private Limited, part of the Thackersey Group.

This latest funding milestone follows hBits’ earlier fundraising success, where it secured $3.32 million from Shree Naman Group and other investors. The company plans to channel these new funds into enhancing its AI-driven platform, broadening its geographic footprint, and offering more curated investment opportunities to its growing user base.

Founded by Shiv Parekh and Samir Bhandari, hBits is redefining access to Grade-A commercial properties in India. The platform allows investors to begin their real estate journey with an entry point as low as ₹10 lakh, making premium assets more accessible.

Promising rental yields of up to 10% and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of up to 18%, hBits provides a balanced mix of stable and high-growth investment options, catering to both first-time and seasoned investors.

hBits leverages cutting-edge AI technology to evaluate market dynamics, property performance, and emerging trends. This ensures that investors receive data-backed recommendations tailored to optimize returns while minimizing risks. The platform’s tech-first approach streamlines the investment process, making it efficient and transparent for users.
