Noiz’s New Print Campaign Urges People to Stop Hate Speech

Brazil’s Noiz launched a new print campaign that highlights how hate speech has led to the killings of several people in Brazil. The campaign designed by Rio de Janeiro based agency 3AW highlights how Homophobia, Racism and Sexism are fueled by hate speech and have led to thousands of deaths in just the last year. The campaign uses loud and graphic images that illustrate how our mouths can behave like weapons when our words are filled with hatred. Take a look

While we stand as silent spectators to the growing bigotry and hate speech around the world, more and more people fall victim to it and this has led to entire communities being marginalised and oppressed further as the iniquities are propagated. This futile hate-mongering over our differences will only continue to grow as long as we don’t call it out for being the evil that it is.
