Kärcher Showcases Advanced Cleaning Solutions at the International Temples Convention & Expo 2025

India, February 24, 2025: Kärcher, a global leader in cleaning technology, successfully participated in the International Temples Convention & Expo (ITCX) 2025, held at Asha Convention, Tirupati, from February 17–19. As a company deeply committed to heritage conservation and large-scale cleaning solutions, Kärcher’s presence reinforced its dedication to supporting temple management through innovative cleaning technologies.

ITCX, the world’s first global convention dedicated to comprehensive temple management, brought together temple leaders, trustees, and industry experts to explore solutions for maintaining temple premises while ensuring sustainability and enhancing the pilgrim experience. The event aligned seamlessly with Kärcher’s monument restoration initiative, a global effort that has contributed to the preservation of historical sites through advanced cleaning technologies.

Temples require specialized cleaning solutions to maintain their sanctity while ensuring a welcoming environment for devotees. Kärcher’s solutions cater to key areas, including:

Outdoor Cleaning: Efficient sweeping and scrubbing of temple courtyards, pathways, and high-footfall areas using manual sweepers and scrubber-driers for dust-free and slip-resistant surfaces.

Facade Cleaning: Gentle yet effective cleaning of temple exteriors, pillars, and walls using high-pressure washers, removing dirt, pollution, and stains while preserving intricate carvings.

Inner Sanctum & Prayer Halls: Quiet and deep-cleaning solutions like wet and dry vacuum cleaners and single-disc machines, ensuring pristine floors and carpets without disturbing rituals.

Temple Kitchens & Prasadam Areas: Steam cleaners and steam vacuum cleaners for chemical-free sanitation, effectively removing grease and bacteria from kitchen counters, cooking stations, and storage areas.

The response from temple authorities and facility managers was overwhelmingly positive, with many recognizing the potential of Kärcher’s technology-driven approach to enhance cleanliness and sustainability across temple ecosystems.

Jatinder Kaul, Managing Director, Kärcher India, shared his thoughts on the participation, “The International Temples Convention & Expo provided us with a unique opportunity to engage with key decision-makers in temple management. The response from temple leaders and trustees was truly encouraging, as they saw first-hand how Kärcher’s solutions could help preserve temple heritage while maintaining hygiene and efficiency. By integrating advanced cleaning technologies, temples can uphold their spiritual and cultural significance while ensuring a seamless experience for pilgrims. This event has opened doors for impactful collaborations that align with our vision of supporting heritage conservation and sustainable cleaning practices.”
