A man Pantha Deb has announced a mind-boggling “24-hour begging challenge”, aiming to analyze people’s reactions and see how much money he could collect in a single day. In the video, the influencer introduced his idea to the audience and then sat below a bridge wearing a torn T-shirt and jeans. He also held a bowl in his hand while begging for money.
The entire video captures how the passers-by reacted to him begging. While some gave him many, others completely ignored him.
By the end of the challenge, Deb revealed that he had managed to collect only Rs 34 throughout the day. In a heartfelt gesture, he donated the money he earned to an elderly homeless woman.
