McDonald’s and Accenture expand their partnership

McDonald’s Corporation and Accenture have announced an expansion of their partnership.

This will help them execute McDonald’s strategy which aims to leverage the latest technology and apply generative AI solutions across its restaurants worldwide in order to improve operations as well as both customer and crew experience. This includes the acceleration of automation innovation from equipment manufacturers, allowing the general managers of restaurants to swiftly spot and enact solutions to reduce their business disruptions, which will simplify operations for the restaurant crew and lead to many customer benefits such as fresher, hotter food.

This new phase of innovation and technology is also designed to improve the digital capabilities of McDonald’s workforce. Accenture will help train and support their worldwide employees by using their learning and development programs online training courses and boot camps. Thus, new talent will be allowed to emerge with the AI and computing skills needed in this digital era.
