Content creator Prajakta Koli, aka MostlySane, has teamed up Gillette Venus to kickstart her Diwali preparations.
“I think we all know what time of the year it is,” Prajakta said to begin their collaborative video.
Highlighting how most Diwali preparations in India begin at least a week in advance, Prajakta showed viewers a montage of her tidying up her house with the help of her family, which included a great deal of dusting and cleaning on and off the camera.
After she finished her cleanup, Prajakta revealed how she used Gillette Venus’s ‘Smooth Curves’ to enact the perfect skincare routine.
“What I love about a good hot shower and skincare is that I come out feeling new,” she explained. “Especially when I have my best helping hand. I know I always say I’m too busy, but that’s no excuse when it comes to self-care, especially during the festive season. And with Venus, I’m all set to breeze through it.”
The video ended with Prajakta dressed in purple for the festive season, enjoying a plate of lavish Diwali dishes and wishing all her viewers ‘Happy Diwali’.

With over 755k views, the collaboration video is particularly popular on Instagram, with many taking the time to express their appreciation.
