Pepsi will celebrate its 125th anniversary with celebrations that will go on for 125 days till the end of the year.

The celebration began on August 28th by the brand offering a free Pepsi to everyone across the U.S., as long as customers text “PEPSI125” to the number 81234.

Pepsi created a flurry of excitement among its consumers with an Instagram post.

Customers didn’t have to wait long for more news: a day ago, Pepsi released yet another eye-catching post celebrating their new offer.

That’s not all. Across their 125 days of celebration, Pepsi plans on engaging in a variety of programming, including giveaways, social content moments and immersive events. Each touchpoint will revisit and reimagine the culture-driving moments that Pepsi fans have enjoyed across the years.

This also marks the moment where the new Pepsi logo comes to life for consumers. it pays homage to past brand looks and will be part of the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints, including signage, equipment, packaging and more.

Pepsi has also announced the opening of their one-of-a-kind “The Pepsi 125 Diner”, prepared to open doors in the heart of New York City from October 19th to 25th.

The tickets start at $50 per person and will include a full three course mean, complimentary Pepsi cocktails and beverages, and a front-row seat for a fantastic and immersive experience. These enjoyable experiences include: a specifically created food menu, celebrated limited time flavor offerings, and the chance to relax in a restaurant designed to artfully mirror the sets of some of Pepsi’s most memorable commercials, packed with memorabilia from Pepsi’s archives.
