Spicetree Design Agency’s (SDA) flagship initiative, The Street Store, returned to Infiniti Mall, Malad, bringing not only smiles and warmth but also a renewed sense of hope and inspiration to over 200 people in need. Known globally as the world’s first rent- and premise-free pop-up clothing store for the less fortunate, The Street Store allows people to select items they love from a wide range of donated clothing and accessories.
This year’s event saw an incredible outpouring of community support, offering a dignified shopping experience for individuals and families, with well-maintained clothing and accessories available for children and adults alike. The heartwarming response from families who delighted in choosing items to brighten their festive season underscored the impact of this thoughtful initiative.
For over 20 years, SDA has been a creative and digital marketing agency guiding brands to progressive paths through its expertise in creative and digital. This dedication to brands has also extended to its social commitment, with The Street Store exemplifying SDA’s commitment to community. For the past 7 years, SDA has been hosting the Street Store across multiple locations in Mumbai, including events on the streets to reach thousands of people in need. SDA has expanded this mission through exclusive events for underprivileged children, providing new school supplies to uplift and inspire young minds.
Speaking about this initiative, Shiraz Khan, Founder & Director of SDA, shared, “Our goal with The Street Store has always been to spread kindness, one smile at a time. Seeing the joy on people’s faces as they choose their own clothing and accessories reaffirms our belief in the power of giving. Every contribution, big or small, helps build a more compassionate and connected society.”
As SDA continues its dual focus of driving brands toward growth and uplifting communities through generosity, its Street Store initiative remains a testament to the agency’s core values of gratitude, generosity, and community spirit. Through each initiative, SDA reaffirms that giving is about sharing what we have and fostering a collective sense of humanity.
