Helmed by Chef Himanshu Saini as the Corporate Chef and Rahul Kamath as the Corporate Bar Manager from Passion F&B, the Sunday Drunch Menu offers 4 crafted cocktails to offer a refreshing array of tropical & fruity flavours.
Embracing some of the inhouse tropical ingredients, the cocktails are crafted for a refreshing burst of flavour and some of the freshest ingredients such as Yuzu, Vegan Coconut Yogurt to name a few.
The luscious notes of the inhouse Midori blended with Short Story Vodka and Soda have been crafted to perfection with the Midori Highball, making it the perfect choice of drink for a relaxing sunday afternoon or a celebration with your friends. This easy-going yet sophisticated drink with its vibrant colour will complement the colourful interiors and fun vibe of the space for a photo-op.
Dive into the refreshing flavours of our Matcha Frappe Sour, an innovative cocktail with a hint of tropical sweetness that combines ingredients of Short Story Rum, Vegan Coconut Yoghurt, Matcha and Yuzu for a truly zesty and delightful experience. Short Story Rum as its base provides a smooth yet subtly sweet depth that perfectly complements the cocktail’s other elements.
An ideal choice for someone who enjoys a sophisticated sip of tropical californian flavours, the Californian Sour is a concoction of California grapes, muddled to release their sweet and slightly tangy juice, adding a burst of fruity freshness. The aroma of fresh basil infuses the cocktail with a sweet fragrance accompanied with the blend of Short Story Gin, whereas the freshly squeezed lime juice adds a vibrant citrusy zing and enhancing the overall taste profile transporting you straight to a Californian beach.
Adding spice and character to the Gin Picante, this cocktail combines the smooth botanical notes of Short story Gin along with the fiery kick of fresh jalapeño. Shaken with freshly squeezed lime juice, coriander and finished with a delicately spiced herb rim, the result is a cocktail that tantalizes the taste buds with each sip.
