Swish Club Secures $4.5 Mn in Pre-Series A Funding to Revolutionize IT Asset Management

Bengaluru-based IT asset management startup Swish Club has successfully raised $4.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round, combining $3.3 million in equity and $1.2 million in debt.

The round was spearheaded by Powerhouse Ventures, with additional backing from Blume Ventures, Touchstone Ventures, and Atrium Ventures.

Founded in 2023 by Dushyant Sapre, Suraj Kumar, and Jai Anand, Swish Club is transforming the way businesses manage their IT assets. The startup provides a comprehensive device rental and leasing platform, allowing enterprises to acquire laptops and smartphones without upfront capital investment.

What sets Swish Club apart is its pre-integrated software suite, which includes:

  • Asset Management Portal (AMP) – Streamlining device tracking and usage.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) – Ensuring seamless security and remote access.
  • Antivirus Protection – Safeguarding against cyber threats.
  • Device Cleaner – Enhancing system performance and longevity.

By offering an all-in-one rental model, Swish Club eliminates the hassle of dealing with multiple vendors while ensuring enterprise-grade security, regulatory compliance, and efficient device recycling with zero risk of data leakage.

Addressing a Massive Market Opportunity

According to Swish Club’s co-founder Dushyant Sapre, enterprises in India collectively spend over INR 25,000 crore annually on new laptops alone. The startup’s innovative leasing solution allows companies to access the latest technology without heavy upfront costs, making IT asset acquisition more scalable and cost-effective.

Swish Club plans to allocate the equity funding toward product development, enhancing its platform’s capabilities and expanding its reach. Meanwhile, the debt component will be utilized for device financing, ensuring that more businesses can seamlessly lease cutting-edge IT hardware.

With rising demand for flexible IT solutions, Swish Club is well-positioned to disrupt the enterprise tech rental market. By simplifying procurement, enhancing security, and optimizing device management, the startup is setting a new benchmark in IT asset management for businesses of all sizes.

As Swish Club continues to expand, this fresh round of funding marks a significant step toward redefining how enterprises access and manage their tech infrastructure—paving the way for a smarter, more sustainable future.
