Tapas Relia, one of India’s leading musical composers and producers, has broken down how the iconic song “Aasman ko chhuka” from Hanuman Returns was produced.
In a fascinating conversation with Yashraj Mukhate, a fellow music producer and composer, casually explaining the rhythm, three-part harmonies, and his choice of the singer, Dilair Mehendi, whose voice he believed would best exemplify the song due to its passion and power.
In a playful touch, he adds that the prelude of the song didn’t mean anything but was “just garbage”.

This is one of Mukhate’s earliest posts in 2024, and has thus received a great deal of attention from followers.
