Teacher’s Day Fills Up Social Media with Love and Nostalgia

07 September, 2020 (Monday)

5th September is celebrated as Teacher’s Day in India. The celebrations are the embodiment of the idea that a teacher could come from anywhere and anyone can be a teacher through the long journey of our lives. However, more often than not, Teacher’s Day celebrations invoke a feeling of nostalgia in our hearts as it takes us back to our school days, a time when our minds are like soft clay, eager to be moulded fine pieces of art. While celebrations were hindered this year due to the ongoing pandemic and teacher’s could not be with their students, brands took to social media to show some love to these wonderful artists who taught us not only academically but also about life itself. Brands did a wonderful job of incorporating their brand elements into their #Teacher’sDay posts and a few of them even creatively made references about the current scenario to put a smile on people’s faces.
